Position Summary:
- Conducts Nutritional Assessments as needed with complete documentation in medical record in accordance with healthcare policies of Hospital, State of NJ and Joint Commission.
- Provides patient education individually and in group settings.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Physical agility to manage patients.
- Will have exposure to psychiatric patients who may exhibit violent, aggressive, and/or unpredictable behavior.
Required:
- Bachelor of Science or Arts Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics
- Must have a Registered Certification
- 1-2 years of experience as a Dietician in a healthcare setting
