Duties:
Description: The RPA Lead will provide expertise in RPA technology, design, organization, and operations. This role involves collaborating with IT, business teams, and third-party partners to manage and plan design activities and RPA bot support. The RPA Lead must understand RPA processes, standards, frameworks, and KPIs for success measurement.
Analyst Responsibilities:
Opportunity Qualification: Work with the Business Enablement Lead to qualify and quantify automation opportunities through ideation workshops with business stakeholders.
Process Assessment: Interact with business stakeholders to conduct high-level process assessments to support automation.
Process Improvement: Apply process improvement methodologies and tools to improve efficiencies, reduce risk, and/or increase standardization.
Brainstorming: Participate in brainstorming sessions with Solution Architects to provide inputs for robotic process automation solutions.
Requirements Understanding: Understand end-user requirements, make recommendations for solutions as needed, and work with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and perform thorough testing.
Presentation: Prepare and present analysis, methods, and results to non-expert personnel, management team, and technical experts throughout different projects and processes.
Liaison Role: Act as the liaison between the technical and functional teams, working directly with various internal IT teams, business teams, and vendors to drive a successful RPA program.
Developer Responsibilities:
Implementation and Process Development: Oversee all implementation/process development activities by dev pods, as directed by the ACoE Lead.
Stakeholder Management: Act as an interface for stakeholder management (escalations) where appropriate.
Resource Allocation: Manage resource allocation to staff automation opportunities.
Issue Resolution: Anticipate, identify, track, and resolve technical issues and risks affecting delivery.
Methodology Application: Understand and consistently apply current application development methodologies as directed by the Solution Architect Lead.
Mentorship: Continue to educate and mentor developers in best practices.
Documentation: Contribute to best practice documentation and standards to further enhance skills and abilities.
Automation Journey: Understand all the stages of an Automation journey and describe the role of the automation Developer in each stage.
Solution Design: Design and implement automation solutions from business and technical requirements. Partner with Business Analysts to define the manual rules used to govern the process, and then translate those rules into automated commands.
Scripting and Coding: Responsible for scripting and coding in the chosen platform to build automation, and for creating technical documentation following best practices.
Testing: Rigorously execute automation testing, including unit testing, user acceptance testing, and bug fixes. Responsible for peer code assessments and knowledge transfer.
Continuous Learning: Continue to participate in trainings to further enhance skills and abilities, including tools and best practices.

Bachelor s degree required
Master s degree preferred in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Analytical: Strong analytical mind, ability to understand business processes from workflow diagrams and conceptualize them as automated solutions.
Developer Skills:
Required: 2+ years (UiPath required).
Experience: 5+ years in a Senior Lead role, 1-2 years managing Automation Development and Support, 2-4 years with software development and/or RPA technologies.
Technical: Proficient in .NET, HTML, JavaScript, advanced automation tools (OCR, IDP, AI/ML), code analysis, RPA architecture, access change and release management, support activities, CyberArk safe integrations, Bot migrations, APIs, secure integration methods, IT Operations, User Management, and Support; experience with ServiceNow, IT Project Management, IT Architecture, and IT Organizational Design.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences, break down business problems into logical tasks, think creatively, and possess cross-functional business and application knowledge.
