Job Duration: 3 Months (possibility of extension)
Shifts: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Payrate: $50.00/ hr on w2

• Perform analyses in hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, coagulation, blood bank, and microbiology according to expected performance standards.
• Conduct venipuncture, finger stick, or heel stick on identified patients by physician's request in a timely, accurate, and caring manner.
• Maintain documented records regarding maintenance and quality control.
• Meet lab service goals as scheduled or report problems to the lab director.
• Promote adherence to the Company's Code of Business Conduct and the Corporate Compliance Agreement by monitoring employee performance and addressing compliance issues.
• Conduct job responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and professional standards.

• Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, biological science, or medical technology from an accredited institution.
• Experience in Blood Bank / Transfusion Services.
• B.A. / B.S. or equivalent in Medical Technology or related clinical field.
• 3 years of recent Lab Supervisor experience.
• California MLT license, must be attached to submission.
