Recruiting Coordinator
Recruiting Coordinator - Must have HR experience.
The ideal candidate will want to learn and engage with new hires, managers, and colleagues to ensure each new hire has the very best on-boarding experience. Acts as first point of contact for on-boarding. Provides administrative duties that support the day-to-day functions and strategic initiatives of the organization. Ensure that new hires successfully complete all background checks to ensure the competency of staff to deliver patient care of the highest quality. Must have Human Resources experience.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience working in a staffing or human resources department
- HS diploma required, Bachelor degree preferred
- Program coordination, facilitation and training experience preferred
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Software and other databases
- Keen attention to detail, and unsatisfied with status quo
- Continually seeks process improvement activities
- Very Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power-point
- Persistence to leave no stone unturned when resolving issues
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Understands and complies with organizational, legal and regulatory requirement and policies
- Team player who values transparency with colleagues
