Location: - Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Job Description: -
Technical systems and tools frequently utilized include:
- Salesforce CRM
- Marketing Cloud
- IT Business Management
- Miro
- Microsoft 365 suite
- Job Duty 1: Provide ongoing user support including troubleshooting and resolution of more complex Salesforce issues.
- Job Duty 2: Strengthen Salesforce reporting capabilities by creating advanced reports and dashboards, including use of crossfilters and custom report types.
- Job Duty 3: Build, optimize, and integrate advanced Marketing Cloud features such as: - Cloud Pages to support digital communication needs and data capture workflows
- Job Duty 4: Collaborate with Marketing, Advising, and Digital Communications teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce/Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Job Duty 5: Ensure data quality and consistency across Marketing Cloud and Salesforce, including troubleshooting list/segment issues and automation behavior.
- Job Duty 6: Document processes, enhancements, and recommendations to support ongoing operational excellence.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Demonstrated Salesforce Trailhead knowledge/ranking
- Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
- Strong skills in needs analysis and eliciting requirements from both technical and non-technical teams.
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong comfort level working in Salesforce. While you don't need to know all the answers, you must have the curiosity to find them.
- Project Management: Experience with project management tasks, including requirements of writing and review, flow and process diagramming, and wireframing.
- Salesforce Technical Knowledge: Understanding Salesforce skills, including AppExchange, data management, reports and dashboards, and Marketing Cloud or other similar CRM systems
