Job Title: Phlebotomist
Location: Hanford
Duration:3months
Shift: 7am to 4pm M-F
Pay range - $20/hr - $24/hr
Job Description:
Serves as the face of the company to patients during routine visits or critical health decisions. -
Draws high-quality blood samples and prepares specimens for lab testing according to standard protocols.

Builds trust and confidence through direct patient interaction and clear explanation of procedures.

Ensures blood collection is performed safely, skillfully, and accurately.

Demonstrates leadership, process excellence, and confidentiality in handling sensitive patient information.
Key Responsibilities

Perform daily assigned tasks accurately and on schedule under supervisor direction.

Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment at all times.

Confidently perform both forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties.

Ensure complete and accurate documentation and recordkeeping.

Represent the organization positively to patients, clients, colleagues, and the public.
Job Requirements

Deliver high-quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.

Work independently with minimal supervision.

Exhibit excellent phlebotomy skills, including draws from pediatric and geriatric patients.

Demonstrate flexibility to accommodate staffing needs—includes weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.
Education Requirements

Required: High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred: Phlebotomy certification (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
Experience Requirements
-
Minimum: 6 months of phlebotomy experience.
-
Preferred: 1+ year of phlebotomy experience.
