Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer - Assembly
Location: Waterloo, IA
Duration: 24+ Months (Possible Extension)

• Knowledge in one of the following areas: manufacturing, distribution, quality, tool design, maintenance, facilities.

What Makes You Stand Out (Desired skills/experiences):

• Background in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, power systems, etc.).
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Demonstrated conflict resolution skills.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Experience with manufacturing software like: Creo View, AutoCAD, SAP.

Education:
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology discipline or equivalent experience.
• Will consider recent graduate candidates. Manager prefers to see GPA listed on resume.

Software Skills:

• Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote, etc.
• 3D Modeling (Creo View, SolidWorks, etc.).
• AutoCAD.

Work Details:

• Onsite only (no remote).
• Business casual dress code.
• Interview preference: Teams but will consider onsite if candidate is local.
• Will need metatarsal safety boots for first day.
• This is a shop floor position so candidates must be comfortable in this environment.
• ~50% time spent on feet within the factory.
• ~Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
