Job Title: Service Support Representative
Location: Santa Clara, CA 95054
Duration: 6 Months (potential for extension or conversion)

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay Range: $28.00 - $33.00/hr. on W2
 
How Will You Make an Impact?


  • Work in a small Service Support team assisting the global service team of engineers and specialists.
  • Support Single-Use Technologies hardware and Bio-production Equipment & Automation hardware products throughout the equipment lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the development and manufacturing of bioprocessing systems used to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
  • Assist customers in producing life-saving products such as medications and vaccines through R&D support.
 
What Will You Do?
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with internal and external customer communications, log inquiries, and resolve critical issues.
  • Raise technical support inquiries to the appropriate teams.
  • Manage spare parts and service quotes.
  • Monitor and follow up on customer purchase orders and order status.
  • Coordinate customer demand and manage incoming material for in-house calibrations and/or repair.
  • Ensure timely delivery of equipment per agreed timelines.
  • Facilitate project completion at customer sites, including RMA and warranty requests.
  • Monitor service contract obligations and compliance with key performance indicators.
  • Validate, merge, and consolidate data sets for accurate asset management.
  • Collaborate with regional managers to schedule service delivery and resource planning.
  • Perform additional assignments or projects as advised by the supervisor.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Consistent performance record.
  • Experience with Salesforce and ERP systems.
  • Strong customer service background.
  • Experience in the Biotech/Pharma field is a plus.
