Job Description:
Requires Purchases Approval. To ONLY be used for very unique roles, that are one-time only. For example "Soil Expert"
Development of the technical basis for intellectual property within a new purchasing contract.
Specifically, we need a resource that can:
- Review the technical basis for Family Care s intellectual property as it relates to Valmet supplied converting equipment.
- Ensure continuity with the terms and protections outlined in the current papermaking CDA with Valmet.
- Support R&D, PS and Legal in the drafting and technical framing of the new purchasing agreement to Product proprietary converting technologies and equipment procurement strategies.
- Mastery in paper product design and CPN (structure Paper) technology basis
- Mastery in papermaking process development, and manufacturing equipment
- Mastery in tissue/towel converting process and manufacturing equipment
- Expert knowledge of CPN Product technology
- Experience in the development of Confidential Disclosure Agreement (CDA) specifically in the areas of IP protection, confidentiality and inventorship rights associated with Client proprietary CPN papermaking technology.
