Job Title: Provider Coordinator
Location: Rockford, IL 61107(Hybrid)
Duration: 4 Months+ (Possible Extension)
Pay Rate: $18 - $20/hr. on W2

Work Environment:
- Will start onsite until fully trained.
- May transition to hybrid schedule:
- 2 days WFH, 3 days in office.
- Candidates must have their own equipment to work from home—otherwise, this is a fully onsite role.
- Position reports to the Sr. Director of Provider Network Relations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Send out daily emails after pulling reports from Salesforce and local databases, and compile the information.
- Review closed inventory to verify if cases were closed correctly and counted appropriately toward State, Federal, and Association Mandates.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED required (some college or degree preferred).

Excel:
- Must have intermediate to advanced skills.
- Proficiency in:
- Sorting
- Filtering
- Save As
- Highlighting
- VLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- Skills assessment results must be included on resume.

Outlook:
- Must know how to navigate and use Outlook for email.
- Strong investigative skills and critical thinking are essential.
