Job Description:
You would be a part of government CPFF billing team within BioServices business unit of Clinical Trials Division.
A Day in the Life:
Generate invoices on commercial contracts in accordance with contract requirements and terms
Reconcile billable costs to the P&L
Work with Project Directors to ensure accuracy of the billings
Submit invoices to customers via various online portals (Ariba, Coupa, etc.)
Address customer complaints and questions.
Assist collections team with cash applications on government customer accounts
Perform project close-outs
Ensure adequate controls during developing invoicing
Develop key operating metrics
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred
Experience
Bachelors Degree with 3+ year of related experience
Associates Degree with 5+ years of related experience
High School Diploma with 6+ years of related experience.
Equivalent education and experience may be considered.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Knowledge and Experience with MS Office Suite, including Excel
Experience with government CPFF Billing strongly preferred
Strong communication skills
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
The position is administrative, is positioned in an office environment and requires standing, bending, reaching, walking, and talking as well as exerting up to 20lbs of force occasionally.
