DT Technical Lead Omnichannel

Please note: This role is VDI only. Company will not be providing a laptop or equipment.

Hybrid - 2 days/week in office

Reporting to the Head DT Omnichannel and Patient Support, the DT Technical Lead Omnichannel partners with the PVUs, I2I and MAP teams to lead projects, use technology systems, and manage technical support resources (internal and/or external) ensuring scalability of systems, processes for the US market across the entire value chain and patient journey.

Accountabilities:

Stakeholder Relationships: Engage with key stakeholders to develop trusted relationships

o Shape demand and requirements; challenge where appropriate.

o Build collaborative relationships with business partners and external vendors to deliver on company and departmental strategies and initiatives

o Drive decisions and influence team members and business partners, within span of control.

Project Management Leadership: Manage local and global projects based on business requirements in line with the IT Project Management Framework.

Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the IT SME for Omnichannel technologies throughout the global organization. Maintain awareness of industry trends, identify opportunities for business process and technology improvements and value creation. Also stay current on all related legal, regulatory or compliance requirements and related best practices.

Vendor/Partner Management: Support the evaluation, selection, and management of Omnichannel partners,

o Drive cost savings and efficiencies

o Identify creative and innovative solutions to problems

o Design and implement best-in-class technical and/or operational support frameworks leveraging internal resources and third parties

Solution Support:

o Ensuing timely resolution of user problems within assigned areas of responsibility and delivery of agreed upon SLA s related to system uptime, data loads, etc.

o Responsible for all system updates including testing, validation, acceptance and deployment activities.

o Support and/or lead the software delivery lifecycle ( SDLC ) for the Omnichannel system for the US business.

Education - Bachelors

Certification (Describe): SF.com marketing cloud or similar

Experience-

7+ years experience in full systems life cycle management and deployment experience in Omnichannel/marketing automation systems.

4+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry

Experience in the support of computerized System Validation, part 11 compliance, SOX compliance

Experience with technology systems to support commercial/go-to-market teams in the life sciences industry

Strong understanding of HIPAA requirements (Data Security, Encryption, storage, handling, etc) and associated system impacts.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines is required.

Strong problem-solving ability and critical thinking skills

Thorough understanding of project management methodology and system development lifecycle principles, validation & qualification

Excellent communication skills

Able to work across functional and regional boundaries to deliver projects on time and on budget

Ability to make effective presentations to diverse groups and facilitate brainstorming sessions
