Work hours: 9am 5:30pm
Job Description: The Data Entry Clerk - Operations is responsible for accurate entry of all inventory transactions in MAS 500. The detail-oriented candidate will interact with internal partners including the warehouse, purchasing, sales, and customer service to understand the product structure, GL structure and impact of transactions on the business financials and record keeping.
Specific Skills Needed:
Top 3-5 mandatory and/or minimum requirements
2+ years of experience in Production inventory and Production planning in a manufacturing environment
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills
Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Software applications such as Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word
Top 3-5 desirable attributes/qualifications?
Bachelor s Degree in Business or equivalent
APICS CPIM and/or CPM certification
Required levels/ Years of Experience education discuss whether there is flexibility There is some flexibility in the qualifications, for example, a college student studying Supply Chain or Business may be a good candidate.
