Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk II
Job Location: Santa Ana, CA 92704
Job Duration: 5 months (possible extension)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Pacific Time.
Pay rate: $19/hr. on W2
Job Summary:
- The Warehouse Associate supports daily operations at the Western Regional Client Supply Fulfillment Center. This role involves receiving, picking, packing, and shipping materials while ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and perform pallet and box breakdown using appropriate cutting tools.
- Sort and store materials in designated storage areas or flow racks.
- Build boxes and prepare items for order processing.
- Pick, pack, and label orders accurately.
- Use packing materials such as air pillows and tape guns.
- Prepare shipments, affix labels, and load trucks.
- Perform inventory counts and material transfers.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Assist with offline order fulfillment and labeling tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety guidelines, work instructions, and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to recognize and count items accurately.
- Knowledge of proper packaging techniques.
- Understanding of safe lifting and cutting practices.
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
Required Experience:
- Minimum two years of warehouse experience.
- Experience with shipping software and label printing.
- Ability to lift up to fifty pounds.
