Job Summary:
- The Training Lead is responsible for organizational readiness and deployment of project managers trainings across the network of businesses.
- This role will manage all aspects of training PCMs (Product Change Managers) including the development of the curriculum and materials tailored to the consumer goods industry for project management and to the audience skill level, with a focus on innovation and product change initiatives.
- Teach the foundations of project management and tailor the content to the needs and skill set of existing PCMs, equipping the team with practical tools, frameworks, and best practices to effectively manage projects from concept to market launch.
- The content must incorporate real-world examples and simulations related to innovation pipelines, product reformulation, packaging changes, and market launches.
- The content must also include all core project management disciplines, such as Project scoping and charter development, timeline and milestones planning, risk and issue management, stakeholder management, cross-functional governance, resource planning, tracking and reporting projects status (e.g. RYG status).
Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in project management methodologies for product innovation and change (5 years min.).
- Strong experience developing end-use training programs and materials (2 years min.).
- Excellent communication skills and able to drive effective discussions with Project Managers and project resources from tactical execution level up to steering committee members.
- Strong knowledge of organizational structure, relevant business processes and related technology solutions.
- Stakeholder management and ability to influence positively in evolving curriculum and decision making.
