Job Title:Phlebotomist II / Patient Services Representative II (PSR II)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Location: Boerne, TX
Duration: 3 months

Job Summary:
The PSR II serves as the face of the company, collecting quality blood samples and preparing them for lab testing while ensuring patient comfort and safety. This role involves direct patient interaction, maintaining a professional, confidential, and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform phlebotomy (including pediatric and geriatric) and specimen processing following established protocols

• Verify patient identity and label specimens accurately

• Maintain records and ensure data accuracy

• Provide excellent customer service and support clinic operations

• Work independently in various locations (Patient Service Centers, physician offices)

• Adhere to safety, confidentiality, and company policies

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 3+ years of phlebotomy experience (including pediatric/geriatric)

• Phlebotomy certification (Required in CA, NV, WA)

• Strong communication, customer service, and data entry skills

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple sites as needed

• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and on-call availability

Preferred:

• Medical assistant or paramedic training

• Experience in patient service centers or retail/service environments
