Position: Phlebotomist - Floater
Location: Ocala, FL
Duration: 4 Months (Temp to Hire/ Possible Extension)
Shift: Mon-Fri : 5:30am - 2:30pm Or 6:30am - 3:30pm (depending on site to be covered) & Every other Saturday
Role Overview:
As a Patient Services Representative II (PSR II), you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and responsible for drawing blood samples accurately and safely. You will build trust and confidence while ensuring high standards and patient confidentiality. Assignments may be at doctor’s offices, patient service centers, or other locations.

- Draw and prepare blood specimens with care and accuracy
- Verify patient information and properly label samples
- Maintain documentation and records
- Work confidently with minimal supervision
- Uphold safety and professionalism at all times
- Travel between sites as needed (mileage reimbursed)
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in phlebotomy, including pediatric & geriatric
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Phlebotomy certification preferred)
- Skills: Excellent communication, ability to work independently, and multitasking in fast-paced environments
- Other: Reliable transportation, clean driving record, flexible to work weekends and overtime
Additional Info:
- Punctuality and attendance are critical. Floaters cover multiple sites and must be adaptable.
- Floaters are able to submit mileage for expense reimbursement
