Location: Ellenton, FL
Duration: 3+ Months
Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Rotating Saturday: Every 3rd Saturday, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM @ Lakewood Ranch
Patient Services Representative I (Phlebotomist)
We’re hiring a Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) to join our team in Ellenton, FL. This role is the face of our company, handling patient interactions and specimen collection in a safe, accurate, and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform blood draws and prepare specimens for lab testing

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Deliver excellent patient service and build trust

Follow safety procedures and organizational policies

Work independently and manage time effectively
Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or GED (required)

Experience:
-
6+ months phlebotomy experience (required)
-
1+ year preferred
-
Pediatric/geriatric phlebotomy skills a plus

Customer service and data entry experience preferred

Certifications: Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA)
Other Details:

Must have reliable transportation (no rideshare/bus)

Must live within 20–25 minutes of the job site

Punctuality and attendance are critical—excessive tardiness/absences will result in termination

Flexibility required, including possible overtime, holidays, weekends
