Job Summary:

• We are looking a motivated and dependable sanitation & production worker to join our team.
• This versatile role supports both sanitation tasks and production, ensuring smooth production flow and a clean, safe work environment.
• The ideal candidate is flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate and support activities on the packaging line, including product handling, labeling, weighing, sealing, and palletizing.
• Assist with product changeovers, staging materials, and line clean-up to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine sanitation tasks, including cleaning equipment, tools, and work areas to meet food safety and quality standards.
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and sanitation schedules.
• Monitor product quality on the line and promptly report any issues to the supervisor.
• Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and according to training.
• Maintain accurate documentation of production and sanitation activities.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and contribute to a safe, efficient workplace.
• Operate powered industrial vehicles to move materials as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift experience required.
• Prior experience in food manufacturing, production, or sanitation is a plus but not required - training provided.
• Ability to lift up to 25kg, stand for long periods, and work in varying temperature environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and cleanliness.
• Flexibility to move between production and sanitation tasks as needed.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or different shifts if required.
