Ultrasound Tech - RDMS Registered
Job Title: Ultrasound Tech – RDMS Registered
Location: Elmhurst, NY, 11373
Duration: 10/20/2025 – 12/31/2025
Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Schedule: 5x7 hrs/week, 35 hrs/week; Monday–Friday; alternating weekends; weekends/holidays required; in-person interview only; 2 weeks of training from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, including EPIC class
Pay Range: $70-$73/hr.
Required Skills & Experience
-
At least one (1) year of General Registered Ultrasound experience.

Experience in an acute setting required.

No virtual interviews; in-person only.

Education

Completion of an appropriate training program for Ultrasound Technologist (including military training).
Licensure & Certifications

Registered as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) – Required.

Basic Life Support (BLS) – Preferred.
Job Summary
-
Perform diagnostic medical sonography procedures in accordance with established standards and practices.

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality imaging results.

Ensure compliance with patient safety and infection control guidelines.

Support departmental needs including training participation and EPIC utilization.

Other duties as assigned.
