Job Title: Packaging/Repackaging Technician
Location: Wardhill, MA 01835
Duration: 12+ Months (Contract)
Shift: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Overtime as needed)
Pay range: $20 to $22 per hour on W2

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Repackaging Technician (Repack-Label Technician Level 1) to support repackaging and labeling operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves handling packaging tasks with precision, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely output. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, follows instructions carefully, and works well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repackage products based on specific guidelines and customer specifications.
• Accurately apply product labels with correct and legible information.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Operate packaging and labeling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.
• Document work activities accurately and on time.
• Report issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
• Participate in training to improve job knowledge and skills.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior manufacturing or packaging experience preferred, not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Basic math skills (counting, measuring).
• Good communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Must stand, walk, and use hands continuously during shifts.
• Work is conducted in a manufacturing or warehouse setting with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.

Required experience: 
Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
Operate packaging and labeling equipment safely and efficiently.

Nice to have:
Repackage products experience within pharmacutical or medical device industry
