WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a Manager, Online Fulfillment - US to join Client at our Distribution Center in McCarter Newark, New Jersey. The Manager, Online Fulfillment - US at Client is a key role within Client's Online Fulfillment driving operational efficiency, leading our e-Commerce Team,, and demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction. Ideal for a dynamic leader ready to drive our Online Fulfillment forward, ensuring smooth fulfillment processes and inventory management. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversees and owns all daily eCommerce operations out of the US fulfilment centre including but not limited to order fulfilment, reverse logistics, inventory management, staff development, customer service communication
eCom Operational lead for Environment, Health & Safety: overall administration and implementation of EHS including initiatives, programs and procedures
Lead, guide, manage and continuously develop hired Online Fulfillment associates and temporary team members along with managing and owning all on site HR processes
Responsible for leading and implementing a culture of continuous improvement and standardization of e-commerce operational processes
Monitor and own ecommerce operations start to end ; ability to analyze, investigate, and determine the root cause of issues or bottlenecks preventing perfect order fulfillment an focus on cost saving or increased throughput activities
Local+ lead of ERP system including daily monitoring and issue resolving that does not allow for perfect fulfillment experience
Monitor advancements in e-commerce order fulfillment automation and digital space for opportunities and new ideas to improve consumers order experience
Identify and drive quick win initiatives within Operations that support longer term business objectives
Cross collaboration with Client departments to enable reporting on multiple eCommerce areas with the key goal of improvement- including but not limited to cost reduction, increased throughput, improved customer experience and safest practices
Oversee our logistics partners to ensure daily dispatches are accurate and orders are fulfilled on time and accurately.
KPI monitoring and recording

Qualifications:
Strong preference for a bilingual English and Spanish speaker
Proven ability to establish efficient processes and systems
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, reliable, organized, and excellent communication skills
Ability to build, foster and nurture relationships & effective working process with members of the Global team and cross-functional teams
Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proven problem solver, solutions orientated and a self-starter
Familiarity with e-Com software (SalesForce, payment gateways, online fraud tools, personalization tools, etc.). SalesForce and Zenkraft experience is an asset
Perform other duties as assigned
Effective time management and communication skills
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word etc.
3+ years of people management and/or leadership experience is required
Relevant education OR equivalent work experience in warehouse, inventory management,
fulfillment is an asset


This is a full-time position based out of our Distribution Center Location in McCarter Newark, New Jersey. This position follows our current in-person work model. Our in-person work model requires Team Members to be present in-person Monday through Friday. Client reserves the right to amend, delete or modify duties as business needs may dictate, provided that your position, as modified, is consistent with industry requirements of a person in your position.
