Phlebotomist II

• The Phlebotomist I / Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) serves as the face of the organization, interacting directly with patients during routine visits or critical health evaluations.
• This role involves collecting high-quality blood specimens, ensuring proper preparation for lab testing, and maintaining a professional and compassionate environment.
• The PSR I must demonstrate strong leadership behaviors, uphold confidentiality standards, and deliver accurate, patient-centered care.

• Perform daily tasks accurately and on schedule under supervisor direction.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
• Collect and process forensic and clinical specimens following established protocols.
• Accurately document and maintain required records.
• Build trust and confidence with patients by explaining procedures and ensuring comfort.
• Promote a positive image of the organization to patients, clients, and the public.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• 1-3 years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
• Proficient in keyboarding and data entry
