Job Title: Radiologic Technologist – CT
Location: 25-10 30th Ave., Long Island City, NY 11102
Schedule Details: Overnight: 12am - 8am (Hours per Week: 37.5, Hours per Day: 7.5, Days per Week: 5)
Contract Type: 13 weeks
Hourly rate: $68/hour negotiable (**Per-diem rates are also applicable
Role Overview:
The Radiologic Technologist (CT) will be responsible for performing diagnostic CT imaging, maintaining equipment calibration, and ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance. The position requires the administration of radiopharmaceuticals and proper documentation. This is a full-time overnight shift role based in Long Island City, NY.

Role Overview:
The Radiologic Technologist (CT) will be responsible for performing diagnostic CT imaging, maintaining equipment calibration, and ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance. The position requires the administration of radiopharmaceuticals and proper documentation. This is a full-time overnight shift role based in Long Island City, NY.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize appropriate kV and mA techniques to ensure high-quality CT images.
- Perform daily quality control checks to ensure equipment is properly calibrated.
- Administer radioactive material to patients as per physician’s orders, following established protocols.
- Complete required documentation, including logs, manuals, and charge documents.
- Conduct quality control, assurance, and safety tests in line with ALARA radiation safety guidelines.
- Maintain and retrieve patient films and electronic data for radiologist interpretation.
- Order and verify radiopharmaceutical doses prior to patient administration.
- Required: New York State License (L.R.T), ARRT certification in Radiography and CT, BLS certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of CT experience.
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Proficiency in performing CT procedures as per prescribed protocols.
- Strong ability to assess and address patient needs before, during, and after CT procedures.
