Phlebotomist I

Position: Patient Services Representative I (Phlebotomist)
Location: Cape Corals, FL
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–1:00 PM + Sat, 6:00 AM–10:00 AM
Duration: 4+ months

Job Summary:
The PSR I is the face of our company, providing high-quality phlebotomy services and exceptional patient care. Responsibilities include drawing blood, preparing specimens, and ensuring a professional, safe environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Duties:

• Perform specimen collection (clinical and forensic)

• Prepare samples for lab testing

• Maintain accurate documentation

• Support patient confidence and comfort

• Ensure timely, safe, and professional operations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)

• 6+ months phlebotomy experience (REQUIRED)

• Strong phlebotomy skills (pediatric/geriatric preferred)

• Medical assistant or paramedic training (preferred)

• Reliable transportation (no bus/Uber/rideshare)

• Must be within 20–25 min commute to Ellenton, FL

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
