Phlebotomist I

Position: Patient Services Representative I (Phlebotomist)
Location: Panama City, FL
Duration: 4+ months
Shift: Day shift | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST

Job Summary:
The PSR I is the face of the company, responsible for collecting quality blood samples, ensuring accurate specimen processing, and delivering excellent patient care. This role requires strong phlebotomy skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform blood draws and specimen processing

• Ensure patient comfort and safety

• Maintain accurate records and follow all procedures

• Deliver excellent customer service

• Follow all safety and confidentiality standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)

• 6+ months phlebotomy experience (REQUIRED); 1+ year preferred

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (REQUIRED in CA, NV, WA)

• Strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric/geriatric

• Reliable transportation (no buses/Uber/rideshare)

• Must be on time and available for full scheduled shifts, including weekends/holidays if needed
