Position Summary:
- This position provide staging, configuration and bench repairs of specific client store hardware plus maintain accurate asset tracking records in Client inventory system.
- This position will also refurbish, and QA returned store hardware equipment.
- Provide staging, configuration and bench repairs of specific Client store hardware.
- Process all applicable warranty claims.
- Accurately record all production details and inventory movements.
- Constant walking and standing.
- Constantly lifting less then 30lbs but occasionally lifting up to 80lbs with assistance.
Education/Experience/Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in troubleshooting/refurbishing computer hardware.
- Administrative computer skills, Word and Excel also preferred
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required
