Client seeks an experience Program Manager to join our Industrial & Environmental Solutions Team. The team currently has a project to build Salesforce CRM for Employee and Customer functions and integrate with other WM boundary platforms. The project will build on, enhance, or enable new functionalities in Salesforce to enable customer creation, maintenance, and disposal pricing engine. The role will work with multiple technical and business stakeholders to ensure end to end success of the workflow.
Specifically, the person must have recent experience working on Salesforce application development projects with responsibilities for defining and documenting the application requirements, working with development and quality assurance teams for a successful deployment. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in planning, execution, and completion of large projects to achieve strategic business objectives, ensuring projects stay on track, within budget, and aligned with company goals, while also managing stakeholders and boundary partners effectively. The candidate must be comfortable interacting with both front-line and senior stakeholders to discuss business needs and to facilitate a clear understand of issues and their priority.
Superior Documentation skills and Organizational skills are paramount. Must have a driven, intellectual curiosity to understand and anticipate functional issues as systems are integrated. Selected hire will have significant business process change experience and functional command of systems integration efforts coupled with exceptional Use Case Development skills. The selected hire will have exceptional verbal & written communication skills, be comfortable interacting with Sr. Leaders in Business and Technology, and be proactive in eliciting information, probing for details, and foreseeing technical / stakeholder challenges before they occur.
General Responsibilities
Coordinates with product owner and project team to determine and document business and user requirements, process flow definitions, and functional specifications.
Under minimal supervision, acts as a liaison between the technology and business groups in the development of the CRM and enhancement of existing systems.
Communicates the business case to project team to assist with decision making and prioritization; keeps business case at forefront to drive decisions.
Acts as liaison between technology/business stakeholders and Senior Leadership on project status, issues and risks.
Monitors processes and procedures to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives, recommending improvements and strategies.
Monitors overall workflow to ensure timely completion of projects and daily work requirements.
Provide regular visibility to program status (key decisions, dependencies, issues, risks, metrics, etc.).
Utilize project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Manage project dependencies and ensure timely delivery.
Work with Dev and testing teams to explain requirements, do sanity checks and review test cases
Provide acceptance criteria for stories and defects.
Write acceptance criteria for stories and defects
Required Job Skills & Experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Five years of project management experience (in addition to education requirement).
Bachelor s Degree (accredited) in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or similar area of study or in lieu of degree.
Expertise in development of use case and test case documentation
Important Differentiators
Possess a strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its capabilities is up to date with Salesforce best practices and industry trends.
Experience in developing functional and technical software requirements and use cases in complex software development and integration projects.
Must have a driven, intellectual curiosity to understand and anticipate functional issues as systems are integrated.
