Position Summary:
- Some directly related experience (transmission line or heavy construction): 4-10+ years.
- Some knowledge of construction, operations, and maintenance of transmission lines; switching, tagging, and grounding; concrete construction.
- Basic knowledge of contract administration and OSHA safety standards; Basic knowledge of computer programs.

- Strong written and verbal communication

Abilities:
- Read and understand technical specifications
