The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) serves as the face of the company for patients visiting for routine health services or critical diagnostics. This role involves drawing quality blood samples, preparing them for lab testing, and ensuring all procedures are conducted with accuracy, care, and confidentiality. The PSR I builds trust and confidence with patients by performing procedures skillfully, safely, and professionally. Additionally, this role demonstrates leadership behaviors, follows processes, and maintains a commitment to patient care and information security.

- Perform daily tasks accurately and on time under supervision
- Maintain a safe and professional work environment
- Confidently carry out forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing
- Follow established protocols and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Promote a positive image to patients, clients, coworkers, and the public
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of patient information
Job Requirements:
- Ability to produce quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections
- Flexible and available as needed, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime
- Must be punctual and able to stay for the entire scheduled shift
- Excessive absenteeism or tardiness may result in termination
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent – Required
Work Experience:
- Minimum 6 months phlebotomy experience – Required
