EIT Project Manager

Job Title : EIT Project Manager Job Duration : 7 month (+ possible extention) Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a Healthcare and/or Information Technology (IT) environment Experience 1 years - Relevant work experience in EIT at Client Or 2 years Relevant work experience in a Healthcare and/or IT setting Skills\Certifications Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAMP), and/or Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) certification is a plus, but not required. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Intermediate experience with Pivot Tables, Visio, SharePoint List Builder or Site Creator, and/or MS Power Platform a plus. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills required. Business Analyst background is a plus. Proven excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Proven ability to follow minimal instructions and work independently, is required. Proven priority-setting skills. Responsibilities: Job Profile Summary Support the ePMO by completing work assignments and deliverables, keeping to quality standards and prescribed timeframes. Job Responsibilities Complete assigned tasks Assist with and track proposal / project activities and progress, which may include information gathering and preparing project documentation Maintain project documentation and update ePMO tools Facilitate meeting setup, take meeting minutes, and performing basic follow-up Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify and solution opportunities Provide support in monitoring projects, identifying risks and forming mitigation strategies. What are you looking for in the position? The Project Management Office (PMO) at Client is looking to add an EIT Project Manager to our team. We are looking for a strong PM with skillset and ability to run projects from end-to-end.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions such as PMO guidelines, instructions, processes, and procedures
• Manage projects from end-to-end
• Facilitate meetings effectively
• Capture meeting minutes accurately
• Follow up on open action items
• Manage project risks and issues
• Communicate project status on a weekly basis to project team and stakeholders

What will they be doing/what could be the impact? The primary areas of focus are Cybersecurity and IT Infrastructure & Operations projects

• Ability to proactively monitor and mitigate risks
• Ability to coordinate with IT teams and stakeholders to push progress forward
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience with Cybersecurity or IT projects is a plus
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in cybersecurity is a plus

Any differentiators or important details? This role is fully remote, but we expect the person to have an online presence during the working hours (Microsoft Teams) and be on camera during meetings
