Pay - $30/hr. - $35/hr.

The Quality Health Pharmacy Technician will support the Medicare Pharmacy Operations Manager in enhancing Medicare Star Ratings and CAHPS results through member, pharmacy and provider outreach to coordinate care and address and health benefit inquiries.
Product of Role & Responsibilities:
Member, pharmacy and provider outreach calls related to medication adherence
Member, pharmacy and provider outreach calls to effectively bridge gaps resulting in medication access concerns
Assist in correcting pharmacy billing errors
Educate members on the importance of regularly receiving needed services using evidence-informed approaches. Coach and motivate them to engage in care.
Work collaboratively with various departments to address any member, provider or pharmacy concerns
Participate in program audits and meetings to improve Medicare Star ratings
Provide high-level, member-focused customer service
Identify and recommend program enhancements to increase member engagement.
Supports departmental quality initiatives
Required Education, Training & Professional Experience:
High school diploma or GED required. Associate or Bachelors Degree preferred
5+ years experience in client relations/providing customer service, preferably in the medical field with the health needs of patients
Experience as a Pharmacy Technician, required
Knowledge of CMS Stars, HEDIS, CAHPS, Drug Adherence and Member Experience, preferred
Experience with Medicare, Medicare Advantage and/or Medicare Part D, required
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, required
Licensure and/or Certification Required:
N/A
