Job Title: Sales Enablement Marketing Production Lead
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
The Sales Enablement Marketing Production leader manages the end-to-end campaign production planning and content execution process for sales enablement/ marketing materials. They should be familiar with B2B2C marketing concepts, strategy, and marketing processes. The processes include production planning and tracking of schedules, team assignment, creative scoping and development, review, compliance, upload requests and translation requests. They must understand legal/compliance review processes, have lead marketing production teams and preferably have experience working in online tools for managing marketing projects and reviews.
Their tasks will include, but are not limited to:
Managing the team that leads the development of Agent education and Marketing materials supporting Client Medicare Advantage acquisition, onboarding and retention strategies. These include multi-channel print and digital marketing communication tactics.
Owning and contributing to key tactic deliverables, including flyers, brochures, presentations, etc., that are effective and appropriate for the intended audience.
Working effectively with cross-functional teams, including internal creative agency, legal and compliance teams, and business partners, representing our team and providing updates on progress of projects.
Owning and managing timelines and team members across the entire set of deliverables to effectively ensure deliverables that are part of our large-scale selling season programs are to-market and in-hands of agents aProductst strict timelines to support AEP and other election periods.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related degree or equivalent experience
10-15 years of Marketing experience
Strategic thinker with experience in managing and owning the production of the development and deployment of marketing materials
Experience in assisting with the development and deployment of marketing materials
Self-starter who takes initiative and operates with a sense of urgency
Management of the production team that has delivered a high volume of customizable templates in support of a sales organization
Experience with introducing and leveraging agile concepts running sprints, backlog development and management to deliver production materials
Strong project management skills
Strong communicator with experience with Microsoft office suite
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with project management tools such as Workfront, Monday.com, Aprimo, or similar
Agency experience or in-house agency experience
Copy/creative editing experience
Healthcare insurance, regulatory, or compliance experience a major plus
