Job Title: Patient Services Representative I / Phlebotomist
Location: Weston, FL
Duration: 3 months
Shift: Monday - Friday 6 am to 3:30pm & Rotating Saturdays 6:30 am to 11:30 am

Job Summary:
As a Patient Services Representative I, you are the face of the company, responsible for collecting quality blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and delivering a positive patient experience. This role requires strong phlebotomy skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform blood draws and specimen processing with accuracy and care.

• Explain procedures clearly and build patient trust.

• Maintain safety, confidentiality, and compliance with all protocols.

• Accurately document and manage patient information.

• Support daily operations under supervision and adapt to workflow demands.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• 6+ months of phlebotomy or clinical experience (1+ year preferred)

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA)

• Strong customer service and data entry skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts

Preferred:

• Medical assistant or paramedic training

• Experience with pediatric and geriatric patients
