Job Title: Patient Services Representative II (PSR II)
Location: Highland Village, TX
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 3+ Months

Job Summary:
The PSR II serves as the primary patient contact, responsible for drawing blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing. This role requires strong phlebotomy skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create a safe, professional, and trustworthy environment for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform blood collection (venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, geriatric) accurately and safely
• Verify patient information and ensure proper specimen labeling
• Maintain records and follow all compliance, safety, and confidentiality protocols
• Provide excellent customer service and clearly explain procedures to patients
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Travel between locations as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of phlebotomy experience (including pediatric and geriatric)
• 2+ years in a patient service center preferred
• Medical assistant/paramedic training and phlebotomy certification preferred
• Strong data entry and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexible for weekends, holidays, overtime, and travel if required
