Phlebotomist I
Job Title: Phlebotomist I
Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Duration: 3 months
Shift: M-F with rotating Saturday 6:30 am - 3:30 pm
Overview:
The PSR I is the frontline representative for patients, responsible for collecting quality blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing. This role ensures a safe, professional, and positive experience for patients while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and trust.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform phlebotomy procedures (including pediatric and geriatric) safely and efficiently.

Accurately process and label specimens for testing.

Maintain documentation and patient records.

Deliver excellent customer service and promote a professional image.

Follow established protocols and safety procedures.

Demonstrate reliability and punctuality in all shifts.
Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Experience:
Minimum 6 months required; 1+ year preferred.
Prior customer service and data entry experience preferred.
