As a Marketing Manager on the Retail Experience Strategy team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering and optimizing innovative pilot experiences across Client locations. You will lead the execution of in-store marketing initiatives, events, and ensure all elements are well executed, impactful, and enhance the overall experience that supports our goals. Your work will help transform our retail spaces into beloved destinations for our customers, colleagues, and the local communities we serve. Together, we aim to elevate the in-store experience, driving stronger engagement, growth, and long-term value.

Position Summary:

Role overview and purpose: The Marketing Manager leads the execution and optimization of pilot marketing experiences in Client stores, aiming to transform retail spaces into engaging healthcare destinations for customers and communities.

Key responsibilities: Responsibilities include managing in-store marketing campaigns and events end-to-end, coordinating signage and vendor deliverables, communicating with field teams, collaborating cross-functionally, and improving processes for scalability.

Required and preferred experience: Candidates should have 3-5+ years of marketing or store operations experience with strong retail and consumer insights, excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple initiatives, and familiarity with retail environments and matrixed organizations.

Duties:

- End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead day-to-day execution of in-store marketing campaigns, events, and pilot experiences across Client retail formats, owning timelines, cross-functional inputs, field readiness, and post-launch optimization to deliver aProductst defined objectives.

- Signage and Event Coordination: Oversee the prototyping, printing, and shipping of relevant signage and materials, ensuring proper delivery and maintenance of the envisioned experience.

- Vendor Coordination: Oversee the communication and workflows to ensure multiple vendor deliverables, timelines, and performance expectations are met for the envisioned experience.

- Field Communications: Develop and coordinate field-facing communications for key projects, ensuring clarity and consistency in messaging.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the execution lead for campaigns and events, partnering with Marketing, Creative/Agency, Legal, Clinical, Finance, and Operations to align on Product, approvals, timelines, and risks; communicate decisions and status to stakeholders.

- Process Evaluation and Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements (e.g., briefing templates, approval of workflows, vendor coordination) that increase speed and quality of delivery for retail formats and pilots as they scale.

Experience:

Required Experience: 3-5+ years of marketing and/or store operations experience with a strong foundation in business, retail, and consumer insights; experience in retail marketing, shopper marketing, event marketing, store experience, or retail agency/strategy is strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Self-Motivated: High-capacity individual who thrives in a demanding, performance-driven environment and makes thoughtful decisions under tight deadlines; proven ability to manage a portfolio of 5+ concurrent initiatives and deliver on time and within budget.

- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to articulate ideas simply and effectively in both written and oral forms across diverse audiences. Demonstrated experience communicating progress and risks to Senior Managers/Directors, along with proposed risk mitigation solutions.

- Collaborative Track Record: Proven ability to work with internal and external partners across levels to deliver business results.

- Creative Collaboration Experience: Prior experience working with creative agencies, providing strategic direction, feedback, and ensuring alignment with brand strategy.

- Intellectual Curiosity: Willingness to question the status quo to drive improvements and optimizations.

- Retail Environment Familiarity: Strong understanding of the in-store retail environment and the physical and digital end-to-end consumer shopping experience.

- Matrixed Organization Experience: Experience working in a highly matrixed organization.

- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficiency in experience management platforms like Medallia is a plus.

Education:

Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
