Patient Services Representative I (Phlebotomist)
Location: Miami, FL
Duration: 3+ Months (possible extension)
Shift: Mon–Fri 6:00am–2:00pm, alternating Saturdays 6:00am–11:00am

Overview:
Seeking a skilled Patient Services Representative I to join a high-volume phlebotomy site. You’ll be the face of the company, collecting quality blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and providing a positive patient experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform blood draws (30–40/day) with precision and care

• Follow lab protocols and maintain accurate records

• Ensure a clean, safe, and professional work environment

• Provide excellent customer service and communicate procedures clearly

• Attend mandatory in-classroom training in Miramar and support nearby sites as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year phlebotomy experience (REQUIRED)

• Strong pediatric and geriatric draw skills

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Phlebotomy certification preferred

• Reliable personal transportation (no Uber/public transit)

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)

• Strong data entry and customer service background

• Must live within 20–25 minutes of site

• Punctuality and consistent attendance required
