Phlebotomist II
Duration 2-3months
Location: Duluth GA
Shift: 9am to 1pm M-F
Job Summary:
The PSR II is the face of our company, interacting directly with patients either during routine visits or critical diagnostic appointments. This role involves drawing high-quality blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and ensuring an atmosphere of trust, safety, and accuracy. Assignments may include working at a doctor’s office, a patient service center, or other locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily activities accurately and timely under supervisor direction.

Maintain a safe and professional environment at all times.

Confidently perform clinical and forensic specimen collection.

Verify patient demographics and signatures post-venipuncture.

Maintain all required documentation and records.

Communicate effectively and positively with patients, clients, and team members.

Promote a professional image and uphold organizational values.
Job Requirements:
Skills and Abilities:

Deliver error-free, high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Work independently with minimal supervision.

Demonstrate excellent phlebotomy skills (including pediatric and geriatric).

Handle multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.

Show strong customer service orientation, transparency, and adaptability.

Make sound decisions within established procedures.

Committed to all company policies, procedures, and professional dress code.

Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed.
Transportation:

Must have reliable personal transportation (public transit not acceptable).

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if applicable).

Must be within a 20–25 minute commute of the job site.
Language Requirement:

Fluency in Korean is required due to local patient demographics.
Education Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED).

Medical training preferred: Medical Assistant or Paramedic.

Phlebotomy certification preferred (REQUIRED in CA, NV, and WA).
Experience Requirements:
-
3 years of phlebotomy experience
