Phlebotomist II

The PSR II is the face of our company, interacting directly with patients either during routine visits or critical diagnostic appointments. This role involves drawing high-quality blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and ensuring an atmosphere of trust, safety, and accuracy. Assignments may include working at a doctor’s office, a patient service center, or other locations as needed.

• Perform daily activities accurately and timely under supervisor direction.

• Maintain a safe and professional environment at all times.

• Confidently perform clinical and forensic specimen collection.

• Verify patient demographics and signatures post-venipuncture.

• Maintain all required documentation and records.

• Communicate effectively and positively with patients, clients, and team members.

• Promote a professional image and uphold organizational values.

• Deliver error-free, high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

• Work independently with minimal supervision.

• Demonstrate excellent phlebotomy skills (including pediatric and geriatric).

• Handle multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.

• Show strong customer service orientation, transparency, and adaptability.

• Make sound decisions within established procedures.

• Committed to all company policies, procedures, and professional dress code.

• Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed.

• Must have reliable personal transportation (public transit not acceptable).

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if applicable).

• Must be within a 20–25 minute commute of the job site.

• Fluency in Korean is required due to local patient demographics.

• High school diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED).

• Medical training preferred: Medical Assistant or Paramedic.

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (REQUIRED in CA, NV, and WA).

• 3 years of phlebotomy experience
