Job Title: Data Coordinator
Location: Morrisville, NC 27560-8411
Duration: 6 Months+ Assignment (Option for Renewal) (Possible Extension)
Shift: 1st Shift – 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Overtime: As requested by client
Travel: Up to 5% (Iowa or North Dakota)
PPE Requirement: Metatarsal safety boots required
Position Overview:
This role supports engineering operations through purchase order processing, calibration coordination, logistics management, inventory control, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workflows accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and follow up on purchase orders, payment processing, and part transfer requests using established procedures.
- Facilitate external calibration of advanced electronic test equipment.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external testing activities (shipping, receiving, test sample intake).
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organization of engineering storage areas.
- Support planning and coordination of meetings and events.
- Conduct post-completion project audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, OneNote).
- Highly accurate data entry skills.
- Experience using or ability to quickly learn tools such as:
- Calibration databases
- Product lifecycle management (PLM) tools
- Product verification databases
- Microsoft Visio
- Enterprise-specific systems
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to follow multi-step instructions and complex workflows.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
- Highly organized, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Quick learner with a strong drive to achieve individual and team goals.
