Phlebotomist II
Phlebotomist / Patient Services Rep II
Location: Naples, FL
Shift: 6am-2:30pm with rotational Saturdays 6-10:30am EST
Schedule: Monday–Friday + rotational Saturdays
Duration: 4+ months
Overview:
Seeking an experienced Phlebotomist / PSR II to provide high-quality patient care and blood specimen collection. This role is patient-facing and requires professionalism, accuracy, and excellent communication. Work may be at Patient Service Centers, physician offices, or rotating sites.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform blood draws (including pediatric & geriatric) and specimen prep

Verify patient information and label specimens accurately

Maintain safe, professional, and clean work environments

Deliver exceptional customer service

Float between multiple sites as needed (reliable transportation required)

Submit mileage for inter-site travel (not from home)
Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Experience: 1–3 years of phlebotomy (including peds/geriatric); patient service center and customer service experience preferred

Certifications: Phlebotomy cert preferred (required in CA, NV, WA)

Skills: Data entry, flexibility, professionalism, punctuality

Other: Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Public transportation/ride-share not accepted.
Candidates must include home city and commute time on their resume. Pay rate is based on years of direct experience only.
