Job Title: Patient Services Representative II (PSR II)
Location: Ocala, FL
Shift: Monday–Friday, 12:30 PM – 5:00 PM; Saturday, 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Duration: 6 months

Job Summary:
The PSR II is the face of our company, providing exceptional patient care while performing phlebotomy and specimen processing. You will create a welcoming environment, explain procedures to patients, and draw blood safely and accurately. This role requires flexibility, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draw blood from patients (pediatric, adult, geriatric) and prepare specimens for lab testing.

• Verify patient information and ensure accurate labeling of specimens.

• Maintain records and documentation.

• Provide superior customer service and create patient trust.

• Travel between multiple sites as needed; maintain punctuality and reliability.

• Adhere to safety protocols, policies, and company standards.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).

• 1–3 years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.

• Customer service experience preferred.

• Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and adapt to changing schedules.

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, clean driving record.

Other Info:

• Must be flexible for weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.

• Floaters travel between multiple sites; mileage reimbursed for worksite-to-worksite travel.

• Punctuality and attendance are critical.
