Customer Care Representative I
Job Title: Customer Care Representative I
Job Location: Clifton, NJ- 07012
Job Duration: 2+ months of contract + temp to hire
Shift time: Mon – Fri 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Pay Rate: $17.75/hr on W2
Summary:
Provides excellent and consistent customer service using various communication methods such as phone, email, chat, and digital tools (including AI). Handles routine healthcare-related inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:

Support assigned healthcare clients with routine customer service tasks.

Make outbound calls to patients/customers using prepared scripts and procedures.

Handle sensitive health information with strict confidentiality.

Provide respectful and empathetic service, especially when discussing personal health matters.

Respond to inquiries through phone, email, chat, or fax about test results, services, and concerns.

Assist multiple client groups based on business needs.
Required:

At least 1 year of customer service experience.
Preferred:

Experience in healthcare or laboratory settings.

Proven ability to meet customer service and quality standards.
