Job Duration: 2+ months of contract + temp to hire
Shift time: Mon – Fri 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Pay Rate: $17.75/hr on W2

Summary:
Provides excellent and consistent customer service using various communication methods such as phone, email, chat, and digital tools (including AI). Handles routine healthcare-related inquiries with professionalism and empathy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support assigned healthcare clients with routine customer service tasks.

  • Make outbound calls to patients/customers using prepared scripts and procedures.

  • Handle sensitive health information with strict confidentiality.

  • Provide respectful and empathetic service, especially when discussing personal health matters.

  • Respond to inquiries through phone, email, chat, or fax about test results, services, and concerns.

  • Assist multiple client groups based on business needs.

Required:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.

Preferred:

  • Experience in healthcare or laboratory settings.

  • Proven ability to meet customer service and quality standards.
