Job Description:
The primary responsibility of this Biologics Bioanalytical Research Associate is to provide bioanalytical support to DMPK project representatives on biologics discovery teams.
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in ligand-binding assays (LBA), with a focus on protein analysis.
- Strong background in developing and applying LBA -based assays for protein analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to troubleshoot LBA methodologies, and optimize assay performance.
- Skilled in analyzing, interpreting, documenting, and summarizing bioanalytical data for biologics.
- Provide essential lab support while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- BS/MS degree in biology, chemistry, pharmacology, or related life science discipline with 2+ years relevant experience.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Candidate must be flexible, able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Requires extensive use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) and use of data analysis software Graphpad Prism, SoftmaxPro, and Phoenix WinNonlin.
- Hands on experience in one or more large molecule immunoassay techniques (ELISA, MSD, Gyros, or similar) is desired.
