JOB SUMMARY
The Administrative Coordinator will provide excellent customer service for both internal colleagues and external customers, resolving routine and non-routine administrative issues. The individual will be responsible for effectively assisting the maintenance of the assigned office location and ensuring that colleagues and visitors are able to effectively work in the location, while adhering to the standard operating procedures outlined by the Workplace Services Manager.

The Administrative Coordinator will provide excellent customer service for both internal colleagues and external customers, resolving routine and non-routine administrative issues. The individual will be responsible for effectively assisting the maintenance of the assigned office location and ensuring that colleagues and visitors are able to effectively work in the location, while adhering to the standard operating procedures outlined by the Workplace Services Manager.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and route incoming mail and faxes
- Print documents, make copies and ensure outgoing mail is processed daily
- Be point person for conference room calendar and work to ensure that colleagues maintain conference rooms.
- Ensure assigned office location is well-maintained, that all resources are in working order and that colleagues are able to work effectively
- Assist in coordinating the following events: meetings and events, office-specific events, executive visits, etc.
- Order, receive and maintain kitchen and office supplies.
- Greet visitors (i.e., vendors, clients, interviewees, executives, etc.).
- Answer phones and route calls, and back up other administrative team members as needed
