Job Title: REGISTERED EEG TECH - DAYS
Job Location: Scarborough, ME
Job Duration: 1-2 Months (possibility of extension)
Shift: 7:00am - 7:30pm and 7:00pm - 7:30am OR 7:45am - 4:15pm
High-volume outpatient neurology practice seeking a skilled and motivated Travel EEG Technologist for a 13-week assignment.
Job Summary:
- This position is primarily focused on performing routine EEG studies, with scheduled hookups and unhooks incorporated into the daily workflow.
- The ideal candidate will have experience working with both pediatric and adult patients, with a strong emphasis on pediatric care.
Float Requirements:
- As RRT, some NICU/PICU.
- Acute care pediatrics and ED required as well as adult acute and critical care.
Certifications:
- BLS required, ACLS preferred, NRP for NICU.
- RRT required.
Unit Information:

Number of Beds: Varied depending on daily assignments, cover entire facility with a team of 14-16 RRT.

Patient Ratios: Acute 1:25, critical 1:8.

Equipment: vernts: Drager V500 and VN500, Hamilton T1 and C1, V30, V60, Trilogy line, Airvo, Vapotherm.

EMR: EPIC.
Hiring Profile:

Must Have Skills/Experience: Tertiary, teaching hospital experience, level 1 trauma. 3+ years of experience.

Preferred Skillset/Experience: NICU/PICU Cardiothoracic.

Type of Patients on Unit: varied.

Personality Fit: flexible, team player, great communication skills.
