Shift:Monday thru Wednesday 11am to 5pm, Thursday 8am to 2pm

Overview:
As a Patient Services Representative I (PSR I), you are the face of our organization, providing exceptional care and service to patients during specimen collection. You'll perform phlebotomy with professionalism and accuracy, ensuring safe and high-quality blood draws. This role requires a focus on patient trust, confidentiality, and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and process clinical and forensic specimens following standard procedures

• Interact with patients professionally, ensuring comfort and clear communication

• Maintain accurate records and uphold safety and confidentiality standards

• Work independently with minimal supervision

• Demonstrate organizational commitment and a positive attitude

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in CA, NV, WA)

• Medical training (e.g., MA, paramedic) preferred

• Minimum 6 months phlebotomy experience (2+ years preferred)

• Strong pediatric/geriatric phlebotomy skills

• Customer service or retail experience preferred

• Data entry and keyboard proficiency

• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and overtime

• Must have reliable personal transportation (not public or rideshare)
