Clerical Assistant

Careers Integrated Resources Inc New York, NY (Onsite) Contractor
Schedule Notes: Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM; Half a day is spend doing clerical work and the other half the worker will be responsible for picking up items and bringing them back to the lab. Client Hospital Drivers will be providing transportation. Minimum Education Required High School Degree Required Experience
(i.e tele, med/surg, vents, etc) Must have clerical experience, great customer service interaction. Familiar with working a healthcare setting. Attentive to details and reliable.
Shift Schedule (i.e 3x12, 5x8) Monday to Friday Shift Hours (i.e. 7A-7P) 9AM to 5PM
Pay - $20/hr. - $22/hr.

Duties:
  • Clerical work, including filing, data entry, reception work, schedule meetings, typing and preparing correspondence, indexing, operating office equipment (fax, computer, photocopier), and other clerical functions. 50 keystrokes per minute, Microsoft Office knowledge intermediate level. Interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Excellent customer service skills.
  • Performs data entry and general clerical duties. Maintains professional demeanor. Liaisons with nurses, physicians and staff. Ability to interact with patients all day.
