Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a contract or temporary role.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
