Job Title: X-Ray Technician
Location:  Morristown, NJ
Duration : 3 Months+
 
Shift: Monday - Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
 
Job description:
We are seeking a skilled and professional X-Ray Technician to perform diagnostic imaging procedures in accordance with state, federal, and professional guidelines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in operating imaging equipment, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and maintaining high-quality standards in imaging and patient care.       
 
Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging and treatment procedures per established protocols.
• Ensure safety standards are met, maintaining equipment and assessing both patient comfort and physical needs.
• Monitor and adjust procedures as needed based on patient condition and clinical requirements.
• Coordinate daily imaging schedules and ensure procedures are performed efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on imaging equipment.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.

 
Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiography School.
• NJ State RT License and ARRT Certification required.
• BLS Certification required.
• 1-3 years of experience as an X-Ray Technician preferred.
• Proficient in operating various types of imaging equipment and troubleshooting issues.
• Knowledge of current trends in clinical practice and healthcare informatics.
• strong communication and problem-solving skills.
